You don’t need to have a destination wedding in France when the French-inspired venue Park Chateau Estate & Gardens is right here in New Jersey. The expansive venue set on 15 acres boasts pink and white florals, fountains, greenery—and that’s just the outdoor features.
We recently visited this popular luxury venue for a tour and got the scoop on weddings here. Plus, they were setting up for a wedding while we were there so we saw their team in action. Park Chateau is in East Brunswick (Middlesex County) but the owners also have two sister venues, Nanina’s in the Park in Belleville (Essex County) and The Park Savoy Estate in Florham Park (Morris County). Read on to learn more about our experience to see if this venue should be on your must-visit list.
1. Stunning Indoor and Outdoor Ceremony Options

Whether you choose to hold your ceremony in the lovely and grand gardens or in the non-denominational chapel, your nuptials are sure to be memorable at this venue. The chapel is spacious and a clean-slate so you, your wedding planner and florist can make this space your own.
2. Breathtaking Grounds and Gardens
Transport your guests to Versailles during your outdoor ceremony. After a long walk down the paved aisle, you’ll say your vows on a raised platform that overlooks fountains and of course all your guests. Or, have your first look among all the flowers and fountains. If you’re lucky enough to have nice weather on your big day, definitely take advantage of the grounds at Park Chateau.
3. So Many Amazing Photo Ops

Have your first look on the grand staircase. Take some cozy speakeasy-type shots in the library. Head to the gardens for plein air portraits with French vibes. If you want inspiration from real couples who got married here, check out School of Rock couple Caitlin and Angelo’s wedding, Paul and Victoria’s summer nuptials, and Tyler and Elizabeth’s elegant big day.
4. Ask About Weekday Weddings
When we visited, the owners told us that during wedding season (mainly September and October), they host weddings every single day of the week and twice on Saturdays (usually an 11:30AM ceremony for a day wedding and 6PM ceremony for a night wedding). If this is your dream venue but weekends are booked on your favorite dates or the price tag is too high, ask about options for a weekday wedding.
5. Your Guests Will Love This All-In-One Location
With the Chateau Grande Hotel just steps away from the venue, guests and you won’t have to worry about traveling to the venue. Also, many couples hold their rehearsal dinner at the hotel as well at their after party and morning-after brunch. The Chateau Grande has a large inviting bar for welcome drinks.
