William & Brianna

When Genna and Michael chose Crystal Point Yacht Club in Point Pleasant for their November 29, 2025 wedding, the waterfront setting was non-negotiable—and the crisp, modern venue with its sweeping marina views delivered everything they’d envisioned. Beautifully photographed by Kelly Sea Images, their late fall celebration was modern coastal elegance at its finest: a navy, silver, and grey palette, white blooms with lush greenery and subtle touches of blue, soft candlelight throughout, and Genna in a lace A-line gown with 3D floral appliqués from Park Avenue Bridals. But where this wedding truly stood out was in the guest experience—leis and light-up tambourines that turned the dance floor into a party, live caricatures, an audio guest book, custom keychains, photo favors, and a sticker vending machine that had guests lining up all night long.
“Our story started thanks to a little matchmaking by my sister-in-law Alexa, and best friend, Jen,” says Genna. One night, they were out at Crossroads watching Michael perform in his best friend’s band, and Genna couldn’t make it. Jokingly, she asked if there were any cute guys there. Turns out, there was—so they gave Michael her phone number.
“A few days later, we all met up at the Stagehouse, and from the moment we started talking, something just clicked. The conversation was effortless, the laughter was nonstop, and we both left that night knowing this was the beginning of something special.”
“Our first official date took us to Coney Island, where we rode the Cyclone, ate Nathan’s hot dogs and ice cream, and made memories that would set the tone for our relationship—fun, adventure, and lots of love. From that day on, we were inseparable,” says Genna.
“Our engagement was private and intimate and in the comfort of our own home, just like we always talked about,” says Genna. “In March 2024, we took the next big step when I moved into Michael’s condo.” Less than a year later, on January 24th 2025, Michael popped the question, and without hesitation, Genna said yes!
“We chose Crystal Point Yacht Club because it was everything we always dreamed of,” says Genna. “Being right on the water was a must for us, and the views are absolutely stunning. The crisp white, modern space felt elegant, timeless and perfectly us. The cocktail hour overlooking the marina sealed the deal, and having the hotel on site made everything seamless for our guests. From the setting to the service, it truly felt like the perfect place to celebrate our love.”
“Our wedding day was inspired by modern coastal elegance with a warm, late fall feel. Our color palette of navy, silver, and gray created a timeless, elevated look, while soft candlelight added warmth throughout the space.”
“Florals featured elegant white blooms, lush greenery, and subtle touches of blue that perfectly complemented the coastal setting and seasonal palette. The menu focused on elevated, crowd-pleasing favorites that kept guests comfortable and happy all night.”
“Instead of one traditional favor, we created interactive guest experiences. Guests received leis and light-up tambourines that brought instant energy to the dance floor, along with photo favors, custom keychains, an audio guest book, live caricatures, and a sticker vending machine. Each detail was designed feel personal, fun, and unforgettable.”
“I wore a lace A-line gown with subtle sparkle, finished with 3D floral appliqués that added texture and dimension. A flowing train and a soft veil completed the look and felt romantic and timeless. The groom wore a tailored grey tuxedo, while our bridesmaids wore navy dresses and the groomsmen were dressed in charcoal suits, creating a cohesive and elegant late-fall palette.”
“Invest in great entertainment. It sets the tone for the entire night and keeps the energy high. Choose food you truly love and that your guests will enjoy. Most importantly, be present. The day goes by so fast, so take moments together to soak it all in.”
“We’re going to St. Lucia in March. We’re staying at Serenity at Coconut. We can’t wait to escape the Jersey cold and relax and go on some fun excursions.”
