Their Story
Katherine and Tyler met in 6th grade social studies class. What started as a childhood connection grew over the years into something lasting, so by the time they said “I do,” it felt like the next chapter of a story that had been unfolding since middle school.
The Proposal
Tyler proposed in front of a Christmas tree that he and Katherine’s sisters, along with their niece, had decorated together in Mystic, Connecticut. It was an intimate, family-filled moment that set the tone for the years to come.

The palette was soft pastels: blush, lavender, sage, and butter yellow, seen throughout the mismatched bridesmaid gowns and the lush floral and delphinium installation cascading down the reception staircase. Crystal chandeliers and gilded architectural details gave the ballroom an old-world glow, while a four-tier white cake with a gold “Happily Ever After” topper anchored the dessert table.
