Nadeen and Husam chose The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains for their June 13, 2026 wedding. Beautifully photographed by Natali & Kate, their summer celebration was everything they’d envisioned: timeless, elegant and warmly romantic throughout. A soft palette of white, ivory, blush pink and champagne carried across lush florals by Wedded Events, glowing candlelight and touches of gold that gave the ballroom the feel of a real-life fairytale. Nadeen wore a two-in-one lace ballgown with a cathedral veil for the ceremony, then transformed the look into a sleek fitted gown for the reception—two completely different bridal moments in one night. Their first look was the moment they’ll never forget—the second they saw each other, seven years of choosing one another every single day suddenly felt completely real.
“We met seven years ago and quickly became best friends,” says Nadeen. “What started as young love grew into a relationship built on trust, patience and endless laughter. Through every season of life, we chose each other—and now we can’t wait to begin our forever as husband and wife.”
“Our engagement was a true full-circle moment,”says Nadeen. “When we first started dating, we would spend hours walking along the pier in Edgewater. Years later, he brought me back to that very same pier, where he got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. It couldn’t have been a more meaningful o place to begin our next chapter together.”
“The Legacy Castle was one of the first venues we toured, and the moment we walked in, we both knew it was the one,” says Nadeen. “It felt elegant, timeless and exactly how we imagined our wedding day. Our wedding day truly felt like a fairytale.”
“Our vision was timeless, elegant and romantic. We chose a soft palette of white, ivory, blush and champagne with lush florals, glowing candlelight and touches of gold throughout the ballroom. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to create a warm, luxurious atmosphere that felt like a real-life fairytale and reflected our love story perfectly.”
“Our first look was our favorite moment. The second we saw each other, everything felt real—we were finally getting married. It was such an emotional and intimate moment that we’ll cherish forever, and it gave us a chance to pause and take in the day before the celebration began.”
“I chose a two-in-one wedding gown so I could have two completely different bridal looks,” says Nadeen. “I started the evening in a romantic lace ballgown with a cathedral veil, then transformed it into a sleek, fitted gown later in the night. My husband complemented the look in a classic black tuxedo.”
“Don’t rush through the planning process—enjoy it. Some of our favorite memories were spending time together choosing every detail and creating a wedding that reflected both of us. Seeing our shared vision come to life made the day even more special.”
“We spent two unforgettable weeks honeymooning in Lake Como, Venice and Bodrum. We explored the breathtaking villas of Lake Como by wooden boat, rode a gondola through the canals of Venice, and relaxed under the sun at our resort in Bodrum. It was the perfect mix of adventure, romance, and relaxation.”
