Addie and Rich tied the knot at Rumson Country Club on November 9, 2024.
Addie and Rich’s wedding was a celebration of a love story more than 10 years in the making.
After dating through college and spending seven years apart, they found their way back to each other.
“We wanted our wedding to feel like home—the same way we feel about each other,” says Addie.
They chose November because of the winter sunset light and cozy atmosphere they could create.
Rumson Country Club played a significant role in Addie’s childhood, and it’s where the couple hopes to create lasting memories with their future family.
“The long tables and soft lighting with lamps were designed to evoke the feeling of an intimate, elegant dinner party,” says Addie.
“Dim lighting, an abundance of candles, and blue-and-white accents perfectly complemented the cedar shake building.”
“It was essential to us to have a sacred ceremony followed by an unforgettable dance party,” says Addie. “Above all, we wanted our guests to feel surrounded by warmth, joy and everlasting love.”
“Our dog, Paulie, walked down the aisle in a blue bow tie collar representing our something blue—it wouldn’t have been our wedding without him!”
Rich’s Italian and Philadelphia roots were honored at the after-party, with Joey Cannoli serving fresh cannolis on the dance floor and late-night snacks of cheesesteaks and soft pretzels.
The bride wore an Amsale dress. The bridesmaids donnedall different black dresses that they each picked out to suit them best. The tuxedos were from Boyd’s in Philadelphia.
