A Coastal Elegant Lavender Wedding With Custom Trucker Hats, & Their Dog on the Drink Toppers at Crystal Point Yacht Club

When Jessica and Peter chose Crystal Point Yacht Club for their March 28, 2026 wedding, they were looking for a venue with a coastal feel that didn’t sacrifice elegance. Beautifully photographed by Elysa Maria Photography, their spring celebration delivered on both counts: a soft lavender palette with silver, white and black accents, white and lavender florals throughout, and a waterfront setting that felt as natural as it did refined. But the personal touches were what made the day truly theirs: custom matches, personalized cocktail stirrers, custom trucker hats for every guest and edible drink toppers printed with their dog Sadie’s face. Sadie also joined them for couples portraits, and by Jessica and Peter’s own account, that was the moment they’ll never forget.

Their Story

Jessica and Peter met in college. They crossed paths multiples times without even knowing and they eventually slid into each others DMs on Instagram.

The Proposal

A Shore proposal was in order for this couple. “Pete proposed to me on the beach in Asbury Park, across the street from where we live,” says Jessica.

Choosing the Venue

“We have always loved the beach, ” says Jessica. “Our first date was in Belmar. We wanted a venue with a coastal feel but still very elegant. Crystal Point Yacht Club checked both boxes.”

Details of the Day

Their wedding colors were lavender with silver white and black accents. The flowers incorporated the white and lavender. “We had details throughout the venue such as custom matches, personalized cocktail stirrers, edible drink toppers with our dog on it, and custom trucker hats for our guests.”

Favorite Moment

Hands down, the couple loved having their dog Sadie join them during couple portraits.
