25 Pounds of Organza, a Wedding Crest, and a Royal-Style Summer Wedding at The Mansion on Main Street

Katalyna and Stephen’s July 10, 2026 celebration at The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees was every bit as grand and romantic as she’d imagined: a royal-style aesthetic with gorgeous French gardens, a sparkling ballroom, tall gold centerpieces and a wedding crest that carried across every piece of stationery from save the dates to day-of signs, all in the same matcha green as the bridesmaids. Photographed by Lobando Images, the day was cohesive and deeply considered from start to finish—but the moment that made it perfect came during the ceremony, when Katalyna and Stephen, having skipped a first look, locked eyes from opposite ends of the aisle and walked toward each other for the very first time that day.

Their Story

It was a Bumble Swipe that budded into true friendship and bloomed into the love of a lifetime! It all began at the Jersey Shore where Katalyna grew up, a perfect summer filled with ice cream, boardwalk dates, and watching One Tree Hill. After a year of friendship and a year of medium distance dating, Stephen asked and Katalyna said yes!

The Proposal

Stephen planned the perfect engagement: a surprise proposal at Grounds for Sculpture followed by an engagement shoot and a dinner with our families. Then 8 days before, the beans were spilled to Katalyna. He changed his plans, proposing on a rooftop overlooking the beach with flowers and candles in the city where they first met, the best surprise!

Choosing the Venue

The Mansion on Main Street was the perfect setting for a royal-style wedding: gorgeous French Gardens, a stunning indoor pavilion, and a sparkling ballroom! The stunning chandeliers, grand staircases, and ornate doors and fixtures were out of a dream. The food and drink were plentiful and delicious, and the staff was professional yet warm.

Details of the Day

Stephen and Katalyna valued continuity throughout the engagement season. All stationary from Save the Dates to Day of Signs featured their wedding crest in the same green as the bridesmaids wore. While matcha and ivory were focal colors, light pink and blue hues were showcased in the bridal party flowers.
The grandeur of the venue was complimented by a gold welcome mirror, tall gold centerpieces, and crystal bowls with custom matchboxes. All wedding aspects spoke of a charming royal wedding.

Favorite Moment

As a couple who did not do a first look, locking eyes from opposite ends of the aisle and coming together was our favorite moment. Two people, deeply in love, dressed for the occasion of making a covenant in front of all of the people who were a part of their journeys. Every step along the way was leading to this moment, becoming husband and wife!

Wedding Day Attire

Katalyna wore a stunning Allure Couture ballgown- 25 pounds of organza and floral applique with a sweetheart neckline & whimsical ruffles. The bridesmaids were in Azazie Stretch Satin dresses in the color Matcha. Stephen was in was a custom midnight blue tux by James Tidwell and Company with his groomsmen in classic black tuxes from The Black Tux.

For the girl who’s always dreamed of her wedding day, a perfect wedding is seemingly out of reach. How could one day live up to the hopes and dreams of a lifetime? Honeymoon

Stephen and Katalyna kicked off their two week honeymoon in Braga, Portugal- at a friend’s wedding! From there, they went to paradise: a day in Athens hiking the Parthenon and Acropolis, 4 days in Paros exploring turquoise blue waters, and 5 days in Milos eating fresh local cuisine and trying small batch local wines.
