How they met: We are your classic boy meets girl, they fall in love and get married.PSYCH! More like the cheeky city girl meets a southern gentleman and he turns her world upside down.

A few weeks after my 26th birthday I decided I wanted to buy myself a Rolex to mark the big day. After a family friend suggest I visit a certain NJ Jeweler I made the trek to Bentley Diamond. Anyone who knows me knows I know what I want right when I see it and buying the Rolex was exactly like that. In about 10 minutes I knew I found the one but little did I know I also found THE ONE. Let’s back track for a minute. I walk into the store like a bat outta hell (as my mom likes to say) as I am on a mission to get my watch. The lovely sales team alerts me that they have to grab their specialist to help me.  That’s when Robert comes out of his office. I pick my watch and Robert is just staring at me not talking and not moving. So I say, “are you going to ring me up or what?”  He quickly completes the transaction and I leave thinking to myself why was he staring at me. Their first date: A couple weeks later I come back to the store to make a few custom pieces and Robert seeing me quickly asks me to go into his office to go over the new pieces. At least an hour goes by with out us talking about jewelry but rather laughing and talking like we have known each other for years. After some flirty texts back and forth Robert invited me out on his boat. It just so happened that I had the day off – fate. We had the most amazing time, beautiful weather 2 bottles of wine, endless conversations and the dolphins (at one point we were surrounded by hundreds of dolphins that were putting on quite the show for us). That’s when I knew this one was THE ONE and we sealed it with our first kiss!
