With just a few simple ingredients from your kitchen, you can keep yourself looking fresh and fabulous leading up your big day.

DIY teeth whitener

1 tbsp coconut oil A pinch of turmeric

DIY Hair Mask

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp olive oil

1 egg

Melt coconut oil. Add in the olive oil and honey. Continually mix until fully combined. The honey and oil may separate until fully mixed. Add the egg and keep mixing thoroughly. You can add the whole egg, use just the yolk for moisture or use just the egg white for protein. Apply to dry or damp hair and gently comb through.

Minty Almond Lip Scrub

1 tsp honey

1 tsp sweet almond oil

1 drop Peppermint oil

1/2 tsp brown sugar

“In a medium size bowl mix brown sugar and sweet almond oil until fully combined. Mix in honey until sugar is fully coated. Stir in peppermint oil. Use a dime size amount and rub gently on lips for 15 seconds. Rinse lip scrub off with warm water and a wash cloth. Store in a cool dry place until next use.”

DIY Face Scrub

4 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tbsp (melted&cooled) Coconut Oil

Melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil, let cool. Mix in brown sugar until fully coated in oil. Gently scrub on face for about 15- 30 seconds. Start slow and gently if you have sensitive skin (may cause irritation). Let it sink in your skin for a few minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Your skin should be left feeling smooth and hydrated from the oil. If the brown sugar seems too rough for your skin, substitute baking soda.

DIY Dark Circle Remover

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

2 teaspoons buttermilk

Mix buttermilk and turmeric and apply to under eyes using a makeup brush. Let sit for 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
