About Chocolate Carousel Owner Lisa Porada
Owner Lisa Porada is a lifelong resident of New Jersey who has lived in Shrewsbury for more than 20 years with her husband, John and their two daughters. Her love of creating sweets, originating from a high school job in a sweet shop, inspired her to leave the corporate world and pursue her dream. Lisa is trained in chocolate, pastry and cake design. Lisa runs the company and acts as the executive pastry chef and lead cake designer. Founded in 2003, Chocolate Carousel is widely known for its beautiful cake creations, creative designs concepts and exceptional quality and service.
