A Winter Wedding With a Very Merry Dance Floor

Ryan and Erin wed on December 9, 2023, at The Madison Hotel.

The Proposal 

“I surprised Erin with a sunset beach proposal in Naples, Florida while our families watched from the deck above and greeted us with champagne afterward,” says Ryan.

“Following that, Erin had another surprise as all of our friends flew down for a big engagement party.”

“Ryan’s proposal was amazing,” says Erin. “Leading up to it, I always told him that I wanted to be completely surprised and he did just that.”

“It was the most special weekend of my life,” says the bride.

Erin and Ryan’s December wedding at The Madison Hotel exuded classic elegance with a touch of holiday cheer.

The black-and-white theme, accented by greenery, created a timeless atmosphere.

Erin’s gown, featuring an off-the-shoulder flower detail, perfectly embodied simplicity with a touch of uniqueness.

Their dance floor was extra merry with holiday accessories and the band kept everyone singing along all night.

Choosing the Venue

The choice of The Madison Hotel, bordering both of their hometowns, added sentimental charm to the celebration.

The couple particularly looked forward to the conservatory for their cocktail hour, enhancing the overall classic and charming feel of their winter wedding.

Favorite Moment

“It’s so hard to pick,” says Erin. “I loved every single moment of the day. I had so much fun getting ready with my bridesmaids in the morning.”

She adds: “Seeing Ryan’s face as I walked down the aisle was something I will never forget. And of course the high energy dance floor and the band!”

“Everything was great and went by way too fast!” says Ryan. Some of the groom’s favorite moments were seeing Erin walk down the aisle with her dad, getting to mingle with friends and family at cocktail hour and the electric dance floor.

Detail They Couldn’t Live Without 

“Throughout the day I felt so happy and truly just tried to enjoy every single minute,” says Erin. “It was a dream come true seeing everything we planned and envision come to life.”

She adds: “It’s truly so incredible to see all of your family and friends in one room celebrating you.”

“I will never be over how perfect the day was and it will hold a special place in my heart forever!”

“Try to have fun with it and when you do find yourself becoming stressed, remember what it’s all about,” says Erin.
