Snooki’s Getting Hitched!

Posted on January 08 by New Jersey Bride

It’s no secret that Jersey Shore reality star Nicole Polizzi  is getting married to longtime boyfriend Jionni LaValle this fall. We consulted our favorite New Jersey experts and asked how they’d envision Snooki’s reality-star-studded nuptials, and here’s more than 28 must-have details for her big day!

Jersey Shore arcade games for Snooki's wedding.

For her ceremony (down the Jersey Shore, naturally) we would hand out her new flip-flop line at the shoe-check station on the boardwalk before her guests ventured into the chandelier-and-bling-bedecked tents on the sand. One tent would have classic Jersey Shore arcade games, like skeeball tables, air hockey and whack-a-mole. A tarot card reader would entertain guests beside a tattoo artist on hand for any last-minute celebratory ink. For the less adventurous, henna tattoos would also be offered. Ice luges would dispense specialty shots throughout the evening, while saltwater taffy, caramel popcorn, cotton candy, mini waffles and ice cream, fudge and funnel cakes would be passed around the dance floor.—JoAnn Gregoli, Elegant Occasions Pink Cake Box cake for Snooki wedding.

Since we made Snooki’s cake for little Lorenzo’s baby shower, we would definitely make the ultimate showstopper for her big day. We’d do a minimum of six tiers, covered in bling and crystals, incorporating her favorite flowers, and, of course, make it fab with animal print backlighting.—Anne Heap, Pink Cake Box

Her signature drink would be a pink flamingo, and in the ballroom, lots of bling, with crystals from the ceiling!—Tom Casella, Nanina’s in the Park

Nicole is growing up, so I see classy over-the-top sophistication with a little teeny touch of her wildside: leopard print. For her invitation, I’d create a classic ornate design of gold, white and black, with a modern twist: gold-leaf foil leopard print—arriving in a box with a champagne flute!—Stephanie Somodi, Designing the Most Inviting Day Pickle bar for Snooki's wedding.

The Bernards Inn suits Nicole’s more mature and sophisticated new image. In lieu of favors, each place setting would have a donation card to one of the many charities assisting the rebuilding of the Jersey Shore. While guests peek their heads through boardwalk cutouts in place of a photo-booth, our executive chef, Corey Heyer, would offer a pickle bar, complete with pickles in various savory and sweet forms. He’d also wow guests with Jersey favorites: cheesesteak sliders and a pizza bar featuring ahi tuna pizza, prosciutto, fig and arugula pizza and many more.—Diane Carr, the Bernards Inn Tuxedo for Snooki's son for her wedding.

Now that Snooki has embraced a more elegant look, I’d put her in a silk form-fitting gown to show off her new figure. Jionni and Lorenzo will wear matching suits: regal purple suspenders and an adorable purple bowtie to tie into her glam color scheme!—Donna DeFrancesco, Majestic Moments Event Planning Shadowbrook horse and carriage for Snooki's wedding.

Snooki would have a fairytale wedding at Shadowbrook, arriving on our tree-lined drive in a horse and carriage, befitting the Jersey Shore’s princess. Leopard-print napkins would ine the tables, while Pauly D deejays the reception. In lieu of a photo booth, a tanning booth would be offered for her star-studded guest list.—Daryl Zweben, Shadowbrook Peony and crystal bouquet for Snooki's wedding.

We envision a black, white and hot-pink color scheme accenting a beautiful palace of white marble, with magnificent, blinged chandeliers and a grand staircase for her entrance. Her bouquet would be made from lush fragrant pale-pink peonies grown in our gardens, donned with Swarovski crystals. Reception tables will be decorated to the nines, accented in fluffy peonies, garden roses, exotic orchids, French tulips—all in shades of hot pink.—Katherine Rodriguez, Crossed Keys Inn and Event Designs by Katherine Crystal huppah

We’d create a glamorous, sophisticated, modern wedding theme, with a touch of edginess to match the bride’s personality. At a private estate wedding, I would build clear glass tents on the grounds, with an enormous dance floor. Mirror bars and comfortable furniture in dark, rich raspberry and jeweled tones will please her guests as they lounge between silver candelabras inside clear Lucite cubes in the lounge area.—Marie Danielle, A Votre Service Events

For her ceremony, I see Snooki walking down the aisle to “Paradise” by Coldplay or “Marry Me” by Train. For the recessional, something much more clubby, like Rihanna’s “We Found Love” would play as she walks out of the church as the new Mr. and Mrs. Jionni LaValle.—Scott Hornak, Craig Scott Entertainment

Fried pickles are a must, and perhaps throw in self-tanner towelettes in the hotel goody bags for her awesome guest list. —Joan Glenn, 6 Degrees of Celebration Pnina Tornai wedding gown for Snooki's wedding.

She must be married by Governor Christie or the mayor of Seaside! Her first dance in a Pnina Tornai gown will be choreographed by her dancing with the stars partner, Sasha Farber. After that, a fist-pumping dance competition will be held on the dance floor, as she and J. Woww kick off their bedazzled heels and throw on some Uggs. For favors, guests would take home pictures from the photo booth, wearing signature Snooki Poof wigs and wearing custom-made press-on shirts from a Shore Store station, as a nod to her former place of employment.—Jenny Orsini, Jenny Orsini Events
