Governor Murphy Bans All NJ Weddings

Posted on March 21 by Molly Gregor

Governor Murphy’s most recent order on Saturday, March 21, among other things, bans all gatherings, including weddings, for the foreseeable future. This means that there will be no weddings, small or large, for the next few weeks at the very least. And no marriage licenses will be issued until the governor either lifts the ban or makes another announcement.

We’re seeing all April brides reschedule their dates, as May and June brides also consider. If you’re having to postpone your wedding, we have answers to many of your questions: click HERE.

Even if you’re not having to postpone your wedding this summer or next fall, Covid-19 still may impact your planning. CLICK HERE for more about this.

Hang in there. Unfortunately, we’re all in this together…and you WILL get married!
