How did you meet: TJ and I actually have known of each other for a very long time. He was friends with my older brother Tommy since 3rd grade, but I was very good childhood friends with TJ’s sister Kimmy as well.

Life got in the way, years passed until one night in a local bar where my younger brother Keith said, “Hey, Erin – Do you remember TJ Smith?” The rest is history. When did you get engaged: 05/01/2017 Where did you get engaged: In our home. Our engagement story: TJ was over my parents’ on a Sunday, helping my dad install a new washer, where he asked him for his permission to propose. Then he came home to me that night, sent me out to his truck to get something while he turned on our favorite song, and set up the video to record. When I came back inside he called me into our living room and got down on one knee! It was so very special—just he, me and our two dogs.
