Celebs Who Said “Yes” in Quarantine

Posted on August 07 by Ariana Baio

If there’s one thing we’ve learned since the start of COVID-19, it’s that love is not canceled. Check out these celebs who still tied the knot while in quarantine!

Brittany Snow & Tyler Stanaland

In early March, before we knew how much we’d miss hugs and live in our sweatpants, I got to marry my favorite person. The whole world shut down a few days later & we were stunned at the timing. We knew we felt incredibly lucky to have found each other but we had no idea how lucky it would be to get married right before a monumental time in our history. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong that day… but it was absolutely and impossibly perfect. I knew on that day, more than ever before, there was no one else I’d rather hold my hand while in the middle of a (life) hurricane. I love you @tylerstanaland. You’re my dream come true. ✨ Thank you @jonathansimkhai for creating my gorgeous dress & making me feel like my most authentic self. Thank you @theknot for helping us plan our magical day from our registry to our vendors. We love you guys. I know the world is a crazy place right now but I hope we can continue to celebrate love whenever and wherever we can. ✨✨✨

Right before COVID-19 took hold of the world, actress Brittany Snow, married real estate agent, Tyler Stanaland, in a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The couple married at Cielo Farms in Los Angeles in a rustic, floral-forward wedding. While this occurred right before weddings were canceled, the couple kept the guest list very small with only close friends and family.

Bindi Irwin & Chandler Powell

Bindi Irwin, the daughter of renowned animal activist, Steve Irwin, married longtime boyfriend, Chandler Powell, in May in an intimate ceremony. The couple got married at the Australian zoo in front of family with no guests present to fall in-line with COVID-19 requirements.

Raven Symoné & Miranda Pearman-Maday

On June 18, Symoné and Pearman-Maday tied the knot in an intimate backyard ceremony. The couple has kept their relationships low-profile until the announcement of their wedding.

Thank you for my real life Hallmark love story @hallmarkchannel credit: @people… Hallmark Channel's Taylor Cole and producer Cameron Larson originally planned to marry in front of over 100 guests, but with the coronavirus pandemic, they altered their plans and tied the knot in a beautiful livestream ceremony. 💍💕 The couple — who met on the set of a Hallmark movie! — discussed postponing the wedding until next year, but decided they couldn't wait: "It sounds a little cheesy, but when you know you know, and we wanted our forever to start as soon as possible." Coincidentally, the couple's real-life love story was "very similar" to Cole's film Matching Hearts. "I even tried playing match maker with Cam, attempting to set him up with a few friends of mine," she said. "Luckily, similar to the movie, none of the matches worked and we both realized we were perfect for each other." 😭 Tap the link in bio for more on this Hallmark-worthy love story. | 📷: @_csimon_ #matchinghearts airs on @hallmarkchannel #makeitadate #Sat #June27 9pm/8c
