Built in 1898 by William L. Elkins, the interior was designed by esteemed French interior designers Allard et Fils, with beautiful, frescoed ceilings, carved panels, marble columns, and breathtaking crystal chandeliers. The rooms are adorned with gold leafing and exquisite gilded molding.
