Tiffany and Greg at The Windsor Ballroom

Posted on September 05, 2018 by New Jersey Bride

Tiffany-Greg-Windsor-BallroomThe day of our wedding was the first snowfall of the season. When picking the date for our wedding, I knew it was going to be cold but I had no idea how cold it was going to be! I was apprehensive at first with all the snow, but I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We did our first look at a local park and it had trees and a beautiful open field covered in fresh snow. The groom and the groomsmen look really handsome in their scarves and I and my bridesmaids were ready with snow boots! While Greg and I took photos our wedding party decided to have some fun and have a snowball fight!Tiffany-Greg-Windsor-BallroomWe decided to include pieces of my culture into our wedding by having a Tea Ceremony during dinner and changing my dress three times (red signifies good luck in the Chinese culture). I had change into a traditional Chinese dress and Greg changed to a red tie. This a beautiful way to honor my family and my new family. We would offer tea in exchange for tokens of good luck.It was a whirlwind of a day, but it was the most beautiful and amazing day of our lives.

Our cake flavors were white cake with raspberry mousse in the top and bottle layer and red velvet with cannoli filling in the middle layer.
