Skye and Connor wed on August 16, 2024 at Farm on Main.
Skye and Connor lived down the road from one another all their lives but they didn’t start dating until after college.
“We were out with mutual friends one night. We hit it off immediately and never looked back,” says Skye.
Connor proposed while the couple was on vacation in Croatia.
“It is still our favorite trip ever!”
“We really wanted a naturally beautiful venue to enhance our whimsical garden vision,” says Skye. “Farm on Main is naturally stunning.”
“Our florals were lots of yellows, oranges, different shades of pinks and creams and whites with fresh greenery.”
They also incorporated a ton of fresh fruit, which helped tie together a really organic summery vibe.
The bridesmaids wore pale yellow and had various florals of all different colors.

The Farm On Main was a no-brainer for the couple.
It’s a newer venue (which meant Skye and Connor were one of the firsts to get married there!) and it’s located right in the area where the couple grew up.
“It was a stress free location for our guests and it was special to get married where we both grew up,” says Skye.
“The venue is absolutely gorgeous. We still have guests raving about how it is the prettiest venue they have ever been to. It fit our vibe perfectly and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married,” says the bride.
Their favorite moment was undoubtedly the ceremony.
“We opted to share our personal vows in front of our loved ones and it was so special,” says Skye.
“Everyone seemed to love it and we are so happy we were able to give everyone a more intimate glimpse into our relationship.”
“Dancing the night away with our favorite people was also amazing!”
They decided to have a Mister Softee truck as one of their dessert options and it was a hit!
“You really can’t go wrong with ice cream!”
The newlyweds suggest, “stay authentic to yourselves as a couple,” when planning your big day.
Skye and Connor are headed to Thailand in November!
