Robyn and Victor wed at the Legacy Castle on March 23, 2024.
Victor and Robyn first crossed paths in high school at the age of 16, way back in 2013. From that moment on, their love story unfolded.
“We knew we were in love pretty quickly, despite the skepticism that often accompanies young love, we knew instinctively that our bond was unshakeable and destined for a lifetime together,” says Robyn. “Now, 11 years later, we stand as a testament to love, having only grown stronger with each passing year.”
Victor’s proposal on August 25, 2022, at the Abby Inn, holds a special place in their hearts as it’s where countless memories were made.
Against the backdrop of the Hudson River, as the sun dipped below the horizon, he knelt before her in the gazebo, tears of joy glistening in both of their eyes, and asked for her hand in marriage.
“His thoughtful gesture of having a photographer capture the moment fulfilled a dream I had cherished since our teenage years,” she says.
“We excitedly shared the news with our loved ones, and that evening, just the two of us, celebrated our future together over a romantic dinner, basking in the glow of newfound engagement.”
Victor and Robyn hosted a black and white themed, black-tie only wedding.
Ohh Ahh Invitations crafted their elegant invites all the way from Australia featuring their reoccurring monogram.
The aisle at their indoor ceremony was lined with white petals. They had large glass vase centerpieces filled with white orchids, hydrangeas, Tibet roses and gladiolus. Their flower wall was decorated with fresh white hydrangeas and Tibet roses.
They decided to go for a food favor. Curbside Confections provided current and old school candy along with a variety of sodas and McDonald’s treats.

They selected our venue for its “sheer beauty,” says Robyn. “It was like stepping into a fairytale.”
“From the moment we approached the castle to the awe-inspiring details on the ascending stairs, every glance was breathtaking and picture-perfect.”
“With our personal touches adorning every corner, it felt truly magical,” says the bride. “The staff’s unwavering support and accommodation throughout the journey ensured that every step toward our dream wedding was met with perfection.”
“One of the most cherished moments of our wedding was when my husband and I snuck away for a moment alone right after the ceremony,” says Robyn.
“In the quiet embrace of each other’s presence, we savored the significance of the day, enveloped in the warmth of shared love and anticipation (10 years) for the journey ahead.”
“Having a content creator for our wedding was an indispensable detail,” says Robyn.

“Receiving short videos capturing every aspect allowed me to immerse myself in the day as if I were there, experiencing every moment unfold. It offered a glimpse into the behind-the-scenes magic of our loved ones and even allowed me to witness my husband and myself in the midst of it all, creating lasting memories to treasure forever.”
“Our advice for other couples is to be fully present in each moment of your wedding day,” says Robyn.
“Allow yourselves to experience it to the fullest without any regrets or feelings of rush. This is exactly what we did and the sense of peace we felt with how everything unfolded is all due to being in the moment.”
“We also recommend that couples commit to staying by each other’s side throughout the day ensuring that you shared every precious moment together.”
“Taking a moment alone together during the festivities to reflect on the significance of the day is a beautiful way to cherish the memories you’re creating.”
The newlyweds honeymooned in Crete, Greece where they relaxed, put their phones away and just enjoyed some alone time.
