Modern Glamour Plus a Martini Bar on This Big Day

Nikki and KJ tied the knot on November 9, 2024, at the Mansion on Main Street.

Their Story 

Nikki and KJ met at the Shore in 2017 while on vacation and exchanged numbers.

Nikki and KJ had their first date at Urban Saloon in Philadelphia and spent the next five days going on dates as well as spending New Year’s Eve together.

The Proposal 

KJ planned the engagement for March 25, 2023 (the date they became official back in 2020) and had a dinner set up in DePaul’s Table in Ardmore, PA where he let the staff in on the engagement.

After he proposed at the restaurant, they went back to Nikki’s parent’s house where she was surprised by all of their friends and they continued the celebrations.

Their color palette consisted of black, white and gold with accents of pink throughout.

Bridal Style

Nikki had a heart sewn into her wedding dress with a piece of her mom’s dress, as well as a piece wrapped around the bouquet.

The bride exuded timeless elegance and modern glamour in her fitted lace gown with intricate floral details, off-the-shoulder sleeves and cascading veil.

Her voluminous waves, radiant makeup and lush bouquet of white roses and orchids completed the look with sophistication.

Advice for Other Couples

“When it comes to wedding planning we would say being proactive and start early,” says Nikki. “Don’t cheap out on your vendors. Have a theme in mind. Don’t be afraid to allow others to help you. Make check lists, have a budget in mind, stick to your gut feelings and only invite those family and friends who want the absolute best for both you and your spouse.”
