How did you get engaged?
I noticed Charlie when we started working at the hotel, because there were many instances where he would need to meet with the GM and would need to pass by my office. One day he brought me coffee—because he noticed I was always at the coffee bar in the hotel. Even though it was a lovely gesture, I felt compelled to tell him on the spot that if he was going to bring me coffee from now on, it needs to be iced or I won’t drink it! We immediately laughed and Charlie went downstairs to “exchange my coffee.” Needless to say, it was his instant appreciation of my sarcasm that has really been the glue that has helped us get through so many years and the ups and downs.

Classic, fun, intimate. We felt that we needed this special day to look forward to with a close group of family and friends that we couldn’t imagine not being there!
