Details of the day:
Our wedding and reception took place on a gorgeous summer day in North Caldwell at the Green Brook Country Club.
My gown had an old-world romantic feel with tiered layering in the back. The bridesmaids wore hot pink and the groomsmen complemented their outfits with matching boutonnieres.
I kept the pink trend alive with dusty pink shoes and roses including a locket with my grandparents’ wedding photographs. David and I also created table numbers with our own photos at various ages.
My favorite part:
Our ceremony was the best with Rabbi Bill Kurry. He brought out our ever-growing love from high school to present day. He had a lot of years and memories to cover, and he delivered it perfectly.
We stood under a gorgeous chuppah from Where Flowers Bloom with our beautiful ketubah from CBL Fine Art on display next to us in front of more than 220 family members and friends.
Advice for other brides:
If the dress you ordered doesn’t work out, don’t worry! I had to find a new dress two weeks before my wedding and it ended up being the perfect gown for me.
