True to their vision of a fun and laid-back wedding, Brielle and Josh opted for a unique, food truck-inspired dining experience. Gone were the formal plated meals, replaced by a variety of delicious food trucks that kept guests mingling, grazing and enjoying the fresh air.

Choosing the Venue

“We wanted a warm and inviting venue that had hints of fall,” says Brielle. “This venue was perfect as it was able to have the shabby-chic vibe that we were looking for.”

From the moment they walked into Domaine Pterion, it was love at first sight. A spontaneous stop while driving by led to an instant connection with the venue, and Brielle and Josh knew this was the place where they’d say “I do.”

Food Truck Fun 

During cocktail hour, guests were treated to a creative mix of options, from Pennsylvania-style pierogi served from a charming food truck, to a large grazing table filled with charcuterie, and even a sushi rolling station.

Dinner was equally as delightful. Guests were able to choose from four distinct food trucks: a taco truck, a Greek food truck, a burger slider truck, and a brick oven pizza wagon.

The variety allowed everyone to indulge in their favorites, and the casual, food truck vibe encouraged mingling, laughter and a sense of community.

Brielle and Josh kept the delicious surprises coming. For dessert, the couple offered an array of tempting options, from a cannoli cart and a gelato cart to their beloved carrot cake, which was a family favorite.

A mini dessert table offered yet more indulgence, and a candy station sweetened the evening for guests young and old.

As the sun set over Domaine Pterion’s vineyards, the evening came alive with music. Brielle and Josh had chosen the Jordan Kahn Orchestra to provide the soundtrack for their celebration, and the band didn’t disappoint.
