How did you meet?
Lou and I met while in high school (St. John Vianney).

How did you get engaged?
It was our 10-year dating anniversary, and during dinner the night before Lou had told me we were going to a brunch the next morning. While on our way, I was talking about what I was going to order and questioned the different options they were going to have at the restaurant. It was around this time when Lou had pulled into a desolate, run-down parking lot with mini planes everywhere. Being afraid to fly, I instantly became upset. He had reassured we were safe and not “jumping out of a plane.” We had parked the car down by the helicopters and Lou confirmed we were going to board to helicopter to fly over the New York City skyline. I was petrified. I panicked and started to cry because I felt unprepared and nervous to fly. It was not much longer until we were cruising around Manhattan, on what felt like a magic carpet. It was magnificent. I vividly remember during that time, looking over at Lou and asking him if he was “OK?” At that time, he responded “yeah, my stomach feels a little queezy.” I didnt think anything of it, considering were hundreds of miles in the air. The entire ride was amazing. The view of the City from above was just unbelievable. As the helicopter landed, the staff guided Lou out to the left and I was guided out to the right. It was cold on October 28, 2018, so I was freezing when I got off the helicopter. I quickly ran toward Lou to get warm when he began to talk about trusting him and overcoming my fear of flying. It was no later when Lou was down on one knee, asking me to spend the rest of my life with him.

Why did you choose your venue?
We were forced to re-route our venue to a tent wedding due to Covid. Plus the grounds at Windows on the Water are stunning. Ariella and Lou at Windows on the Water Frogbridge

Your menu:
For starters we had a salad, entrée options were grouper, braised short ribs or a vegetarian option. Our cake was a yellow cake with layers of ganache filling and vanilla custard, frosted in a vanilla-bean buttercream frosting. Ariella and Lou at Windows on the Water Frogbridge

All about your gown:
My wedding gown was a plain, tight, mermaid style gown with tulle at the bottom. As soon as I turned around and saw myself in the dress, I gasped and knew it was the one. Ariella and Lou at Windows on the Water Frogbridge

One detail you couldn’t live without?
All of my vendors were amazing. I could not have lived without my florist, makeup artist, photographer or videographer. They all surpassed my expectations and made my dreams a reality. Ariella and Lou at Windows on the Water Frogbridge
