They dated long-distance through college (Alexis at Villanova and Brad at University of New Hampshire) as well as two years post-grad between Boston and Washington, DC.

The Proposal

The couple got engaged in 2022 in Ocean City, where Alexis and her family have vacationed annually since she was born.

Details of the Day

The ceremony took place in the Park Savoy Estate’s private chapel, where the all-white decor created a serene and ethereal atmosphere. Rows of elegant gold chairs lined the aisle, leading to a floral-adorned altar.

Following the ceremony, the all-white theme continued at the reception, with crisp linens, lush floral arrangements by Crest Florist, and candlelit tables that created a sophisticated ambiance.

The evening also featured personal touches like a mobile cigar lounge, where guests could roll cigars, and an appearance by Carello di Cannoli, which passed out cannolis on the dance floor.

Favorite Moment

Brad’s favorite moment was seeing Alexis in her wedding dress for the first time.

Detail They Couldn’t Live Without

“We loved having Carello di Cannoli (the Cannoli Guy) there to help us celebrate: delicious cannolis, fun vibes, and a great way to pay homage to Boston, where we have lived for the last two years.”

Advice for Other Couples

The couple has several pieces of advice.

“Invest in your photo/video teams. you spend most of your wedding day with them, and it is worth it to have a content creator—so fun to look through countless photos and videos the next day and relive everything.”

“Let go of all the planning stress on the day of the wedding. We had the most amazing vendors and I felt so comfortable trusting them to handle all the details and to make sure the day ran smoothly.”

Emily Wren Photography

“Do your best to stay with your partner throughout the night. We each had some separate time with our friends—Brad and the boys smoking cigars and Alexis and the girls dancing the night away—but we spent most of our wedding night with each other, which definitely played a big part in making the night as special as it was.”
