With summer approaching, here are 10 outdoor wedding tips from JoAnn Gregoli of Elegant Occasions:
1. Have bug spray available for guests
2. Provide hydration stations (Try fruit infused water!)
3. Provide cool towels for the guests comfort
4. Provide shaded areas for guests to sit
5. During an outdoor ceremony provide paper parasols
6. Pass around mini sorbets or frozen fruit when guests are dancing
7. Offer a frozen ice station. So much fun
8. For outdoor ceremonies offer mini bottles of personalized sun screen (we found these on Etsy!)
9. Have baskets of mini battery operated fans ready and waiting. (We found this one here.)
10. Guests comfort is paramount!
