Adriana and Marc’s love story started the way the best Shore romances do—coffee followed by a run-in at the beach later that same day. Less than two years later, they said “I do” at the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank, a waterfront venue that felt just right from the moment they walked in. Their October 3, 2025 wedding wove together Marc’s Jewish heritage and Adriana’s Catholic upbringing into a ceremony that honored both families, with Marc’s brother officiating and their daughter Skylar James celebrated in their vows. The reception that followed was warm, lively, and full of personal touches—capped off by a first dance to Frankie Valli’s “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” that became a first dance for three when Skylar joined them on the floor halfway through. Francesca Marie Photography captured every joyful moment.
Adriana Eisele and Marc Payson’s love story is a true Shore romance. On their first date at Cafe Volan in Asbury Park in August 2023, they ordered chai lattes and talked for hours before running into each other at the beach later that day. “We’ve been together ever since,” says Adriana.
Just shy of a year into their relationship, Adriana and Marc found out they were expecting. They celebrated the news at Adriana’s parents’ home. During the gathering, Marc slipped outside. Adriana found him waiting on one knee.
Their parents suggested that the couple look at the Molly Pitcher Inn in Red Bank. It was just right. Adriana and Marc said “I do” on October 3, 2025, surrounded by warm, autumnal florals at an outdoor waterfront ceremony. A cocktail hour and tented reception under string lights followed.
For the ceremony, Adriana wore a strapless Mikaella Bridal gown with a cathedral-length veil and Betsey Johnson heels. “I immediately fell in love with the buttons on the back,” says Adriana about her dress. Adriana later changed into a Bardot mini dress for the reception. Her jewelry honored the something old tradition, with diamond pieces from both grandmothers. Marc wore a custom Indochino suit with Philadelphia Eagles cufflinks from Adriana. The wedding party was in black attire.
Family was at the heart of Adriana and Marc’s wedding. “The ceremony highlighted both sides of the family,” she says about incorporating Marc’s Jewish heritage and Adriana’s Catholic upbringing. Marc’s brother and best man officiated, and the couple’s daughter, Skylar James, was highlighted in their vows. Later in the evening, Adriana dedicated her bouquet to her mother, who was battling cancer; she passed away shortly after the wedding.
Adriana and Marc’s first dance was to “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” by Frankie Valli; Skylar joined them halfway through. Ian Gray and the Ocean Avenue Stompers “mixed house music into classic songs everyone knows, so the grandparents liked the music but so did our friends,” says Marc.
“Everybody raved about the food,” says Adriana. They had cocktail-style service all night. The raw bar along with the filet mignon were hits. For signature cocktails, Marc chose a tequila soda with an orange slice, and Adriana picked a tequila espresso martini.
Adriana and Marc agree: Enjoy the planning process and stay present on the big day. “I got caught up in small details that didn’t matter,” says Adriana.
The couple hosted an after-party at the venue’s hotel. “We wanted it to feel like one big party all night,” says Adriana, who loved the all-inclusive atmosphere of their big day.
Adriana and Marc, who live in Asbury Park, are looking forward to their dream Italian honeymoon (with Skylar in tow).
