Diane has been fulfilling her passion of baking cakes since 1986 and prides herself on baking and creating the cake of your dreams. Each cake begins with a simple consultation. Diane takes the opportunity to consult with every client to create their once in a lifetime vision. Diane and her team will begin building your masterpiece. Diane completes each step of the process herself, from baking to decorating. The person you talked to initially is the same one who will create your cake.
No detail will be overlooked. At Diane’s Patisserie, only fresh ingredients are used. Their Kosher certificate ensures that all ingredients are inspected and approved by Rabbi Epstein, an Orthodox Rabbi in the community. They supply both Parve and dairy desserts.
