  This customer received her cake topper 10 days before her event. She was hard to reach by email - which is how we communicate with photo proofing. We left multiple voicemails letting her know that the proofs were waiting for her. When she finally got back to us and approved her cake topper, we shipped it. She was unaware that there was a proofing process because she wasn't reading our emails. We are very sorry for the delay, Sharon, but in your case, we did everything we could but you insisted we ship it before making the final changes. We allow unlimited revisions as time allows but our first priority is delivering by the event date. I do not think this is a fair critique of our services and urge interested potential customers to visit our Facebook page where you can read several reviews from our happy customers. • Very Dissatisfied Customer...

  I had ordered a Cake Topper for my Niece's Wedding back in April '11 and when placing the order I specified the date I needed the topper by (June 1st), sent 4 pics (1 of the Groom and 1 of the Bride close up - 1 of the Bride and Groom together - 1 of the Bride's updo). I also described in full detail what the couple would be wearing on their day. Well, first of all the color wasn't even close to what I had described - the Bride's gown was plain (I described rhinestones, etc..) and no tiara in Bride's hair which I asked for, also flowers were wrong kind/color. They told me they would fix these things, but the only thing they fixed was the color of the dress and tux. Then, on June 1st when I informed them that the topper hadn't arrived - They said oh we're sending it out tomorrow and it should get to you by June 9th. I paid $240 for something I thought would be special for the Bride and Groom and it turned out to be a Disaster! Younique Boutique is Youniquely Busted!!
