Natirar Mansion in Peapack-Gladstone

The Natirar mansion (908-901-9500; natirar.com) is a stately backdrop for your wedding. Built in 1912, the former residence of the King of Morocco is part of a grand and tranquil 500-acre estate in the Peapack-Gladstone area. Just as spectacular as the grounds are its unparalleled views. Events are hosted on the hill overlooking miles of mountains and valleys, without a highway in sight.

A large semi-permanent tent welcomes up to 225 guests, and its executive chef insists on the freshest foods available. “Natirar reflects authenticity and natural luxury,” says the resort’s operations manager, Nicole Arsenault, who happens to be one of its first brides. “The atmosphere is effortlessly chic, and I can’t wait to celebrate my wedding day at Natirar this October.”

I love the Natirar grounds for my wedding, but was wondering if outside catering is available or allowed. I need to serve vegetarian indian food for the groom's family.
