• Not bad advice but...

  "Ask what type of equipment he uses—if he mentions a tripod or anything larger than a hand-held camera, reconsider..." - This is a rediculous statement. Any videographer who plans on shooting an hour + ceremony handheld without a tripod is nuts. Can you say shaky and unprofessional footage?
  
  A tripod for the ceremony is a must. Also a must for toasts. Camera stabilization is key in producing professiona quality results.
