Whether you choose a deep tissue massage, a tropical body soufflé smoothie, or to lounge all day by the whirlpool, every bride and member of her bridal party deserve some relaxation before the big day.

Spas and salons around the Garden State are now offering brides-to-be the perfect opportunities for pampering, with special bridal packages, private lounges, and a full day of services. Here are a few notable packages:

Westminster Hotel Spa

The Westminster Hotel Spa in Livingston focuses on the bride and her groom, with packages such as “Revive Me” ($399), which lets the couple choose two spa treatments from a variety of massages, as well as leg and foot treatments. There is also the “Couples Retreat” package ($499), which puts the couple in a romantic setting with side-by-side therapeutic massages, chocolate-covered strawberries, and champagne. Re-visit the Westminster on your one-year anniversary and purchase the anniversary package ($499), with deluxe accommodations, martinis, anniversary cake, champagne, upper body massages, $100 gift certificate to the hotel’s Strip House Restaurant, an in-room movie, a shopping card for the Short Hills Mall, limousine service, and a late check-out. Jonathan Salon
At Jonathan Salon in Red Bank, brides can purchase a hair and makeup package for $125 per person with a party of six or more. They also offer photography packages (with an additional charge) that give the bride an all-day personal traveling hair and makeup artist to perform touchups throughout the wedding day. “Jonathan’s work is like a work of art,” says Grace Caputi, wedding coordinator, makeup artist, and also Jonathan’s wife. “It is a bridal package with a celebrity twist.” Brides can also indulge in a continental champagne breakfast for up to ten people for only $125. Salon Luba
When a bride arrives at Salon Luba in Hackensack, owner Billy Karasik says they are treated as if they are royalty. They can choose from a variety of services, such as facials, spray tans, and teeth whitening or general bridal packages that include up-dos, facials, and makeup applications. Packages start at $130. “We are pure luxury at affordable prices,” says Karasik. Brides can also take advantage of the private bar/lounge area to throw a pampering party for herself and ten guests. Avanti Day Resort
Brides-to-be are the main focus at Avanti Day Resort in Manalapan. They provide a bridal beauty guide that starts one year out and continues up until one week before, giving the bride tips on what could be done each month up to her wedding day. Avanti also offers specialized packages such as the “Bachelorette Bash,” which lets the bride and up to sixteen guests choose three of the resort’s services (massage, facial cleansing, blow-dry styling, paraffin treatment for hands and feet, reflexology, or manicure/pedicure), and serves the party lunch or dinner in the privacy of the Tranquility Lounge ($130 per person, with meals as an added charge). Avanti also serves the groom and groomsmen with the “Grooms Royal Treatment,” which includes a shave, sports manicure, hair design, brow wax, and teeth whitening ($175). Spa Chakra
At Spa Chakra in Short Hills, the whole wedding party gets special treatment. The bride and her bridesmaids can indulge in “A Day With the Girls,” which includes a combination of a 90-minute age-defying hydrating facial, an hour body soufflé, 15-minute eye and lip treatments, and champagne and canapés ($375.) The groom and groomsmen can take advantage of the “Gentlemen Only” package with deep tissue massages, age-defying hydrating facials, and a glass of brandy ($415). Bliss Spa
The brand-new Bliss Spa in Hoboken offers a fun combination of packages for everyone included in your wedding. For the bride and her girls, try “The Pre-nup,” with hot milk and almond pedicures ($65), hot cream manicures ($25), brow wax ($30), and Brazilian wax ($70). For the men, there is “Here Comes the Groom,” with an homme facial, manly-sure, pedicure, and basic shave lotion. The mothers of the bride and groom can enjoy the “M.O.B.
