| DO NOT USE ZOOM STUDIO (MARCIN WILCZEK) for your videographer!!! He basically cheated us out of our money. We were married last May, and he won't return our calls and we haven't received our wedding video. Our contract says 16 weeks from final payment or 6 months if special circumstances arise. Unfortunately, I'm not even sure if he's still in the country, but if he is, I'm taking him to court. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I have with someone this unprofessional. Make sure whomever you choose has a solid history and get references! All our other vendors were awesome, but we weren't careful about picking the videographer and we got screwed.

| I'm actually going through the same thing with Marcin. When was the last time you had contact with him? From my understanding he is going to school in Poland. How have you tried to reach him? Email and phone I'm presuming. Do you remember how you initially found him? I'm trying to post everywhere about him. What a nightmare! Susan

| Same thing happened to me. Actually he sent someone else to tape my ceremony but I can't find him! I wish I could get the raw footage from whoever taped my ceremony, but I have no idea who he was. And of course Marcin doesn't respond to anything. He claims to be in Poland but if you file a small claims lawsuit, I'm pretty sure this is his current address (because he asked me to send my last check there about 2 months ago)... > 6360 102nd Street Apt.E9 > 11374 NY, Rego Park Good luck with your lawsuit.

| He emailed me back finally a few days ago (I'm guessing only because I told him there is a court judgment against him and he is legally obligated to refund my money). He says he moved to Europe 5 months ago and doesn't plan on returning, but he is supposedly willing to send my video (but can't pay me back). We'll see if he actually sends the video. His NY cell number is still in service, but the voice mail greeting was recently changed to a woman's voice (sounds like a Polish accent) stating that if you want to reach Marcin, you should email him. Anyway, even if this guy is in Poland I will track him down and make sure he never conducts business as a videographer again! What an asshole.
