We recognize that some of you would like to use the boards to provide feedback about the products and services of vendors you’ve done business with.

We at NewJerseyBride.com have no way of confirming the accuracy of the evaluations our users post about vendors, so in the interest of fairness to both our users and to vendors, please follow the guidelines below before posting vendor complaints:

First, address your complaints privately to the vendor and try to negotiate a resolution (it helps if you have signed a detailed, comprehensive contract with the vendor). If the issue can’t be resolved, we advise registering your complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) through its Online Complaint System; the BBB can provide mediation and other resolution services.

If, after following the steps above, you decide you must post your negative comments on the boards, keep in mind the following:

1.You are bound by the Terms of Service you agreed to upon joining our Community, meaning that YOU and only you are LEGALLY LIABLE for everything you post on our message boards, and that you will refrain from personal attacks, violations of privacy, and hostile, threatening or obscene language. The board administrators reserve the right to delete any messages.

2. The purpose of the message boards is to foster helpful discussion between users and not to “get back at” or punish vendors

Let’s try to keep the boards civil and helpful for all the users and vendors alike.

If you have any questions about our policies regarding the message boards please email me at dseckler@njmonthly.com.

Thank you for your cooperation
Donald Seckler
Message Board Name: NJB_Don
Associate Publisher/Consumer Marketing
New Jersey Monthly and New Jersey Bride
973-539-8230
