| I am concerned by everything I'm reading. I was told to go onto this message board since we are using Michael gould for our wedding in July 2008. We are bound by his contract and have already paid him $1,000. He will not return our calls when I have told him my concerns about what I've heard regarding his services. I will file the complaint with the police department and take the guidance from all on this site. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated.

| I,too, am another vcitim of Michael Gould. I was referred to him by my brother used him in 2004 and had no issues with him. I was married in August 2006 and have never received my albums. I have had no luck getting ahold of him - please help. What should I say in my phone calls and e-mails in order to get him to respond. I just want a CD with my pictures. I have pretty much accepted the fact that I am never going to get my albums. It disgusts me that he is still booking weddings. Any more advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was married in 06/2005. I am still waiting for my portrait.
I have called & emailed him since then & recieved no response.
Ofcourse, I have all ready paid for everything. I decided to
google to see his website, only to find out I am blocked to
view it.

| Michael Gould's Chapter 13 bankruptcy (Case No. 0728654) was dismissed on July 29, 2008 for failure to make Chapter 13 plan payments. Because of this development, his victims may now once again go after him in civil court for monetary awards.
